We do a great job in the winter and there have been plenty of times when our roads are much safer than the roads once we get out of the community.

BTW maybe you can answer a question for me. Why considering we have a water front community do we not have a Boat ramp to the bay? I was told there is an old delapidated one that I may be able to use for my jet ski's but nothing other than that?

Im coming from Golden Beach where we had 2 boat ramps 4 beaches and multiple docks for only 28.00 a year.

they are much harder to keep up than on the river. a medium sized storm on the bay pummels the beaches while the patuxent, especially up at golden beach is relatively protected.

They've had a few boat ramps/launches at Driftwood since I've been here. Ernesto messed that beach up pretty bad.

Here's what Isabel did to Driftwood. It was a nice place with platform picnic tables and grills. The first pic is looking north and the 2nd is south toward where the boat ramp and more tables used to be.

Yeah Isabell did do some nice damage. Once we are in the new house and I have time I will check out the beaches in more detail.

As for ARC nah I didnt have to deal with any of that. I may have to check out one of their meetings though in the future.
