- Pumpkin spice anything should be illegal until after Labor Day.
- Selling Christmas decorations before Halloween should be illegal. Exemption for holiday-themed craft supplies.
- Leaving your shopping cart loose in the parking lot should be illegal. Double the penalty on windy days.
