ok I think ya'll talked me outa fringe and extra trim. Plus that is easier anyway. here is two windows together. Still got to attach the cornice permanetly

but the cornices need to be mounted an inch or two higher. They need to be level with or above the top frame of the window.

I would hange the cornices a little higher, just so that you can't see the wood trim at the top. They look great!
