About 14 years ago (hell, I was GONNA say "a little while ago" until I realized how LONG AGO IT WAS) I went to Mardi Gras and had MY first Bloody Mary. They were my favorite drink after that, for years. I used the tubed cilantro compound that you get at the grocery store. I think that's what gave it the sweet finish.
