That's already been covered. Start from the top, again. Don't hit reply until you've reached this post again. :yay:

i don't mind using the utility part of my suv with trash except i would have to empty it of all the sports equipement and emergency cold weather accessories i keep in there this time of year.
How much crap do you carry around? It's a car not a closet.

Alert! wrong side of the river post......Calvert Trash provides a tote that the truck can grab and flip it into the truck and they don't seem to care what's in the tote or if it's bagged or not. Good service.

yes and after it was covered the first time, someone went on another Golden Beach/Calvert County rant...try reading, namely posts 11 and 12...which believe it or not come after post 4...the site of original correction....

I live in Golden Beach too, and since the dump is right down the road, I just take my trash there once a week or so. I take my recycling there anyway, so what's a couple bags of trash to take along too? I've been doing this for years, it's convenient and it's free. I don't have a truck, but I don't have a problem putting the trash in my van for the 10 minutes it takes to get there.

Here is a fine example of common sense and initiative!

thanks for your ideas. i like the cargo trailer and driving to the dump idea. I can buy it with the money i'm not paying to waste management.

That's a great idea, perfect solution. How much is trash service these days anyway? Better to keep the money in your own pocket!
