That's fine but altering a breast doesn't make it something different than what it is.
It may look different because of the synthetic augmentation [1]. But what you are arguing is that "gender affirming care"[2] changes someone's fundamental nature. It does not. Titjobs, glasses, tattoos and dyed hair does not change what someone inherently is. It only changes others' perception of them. In a similar vein gender reassignment does not change what someone inherently is. Whether they like that or not.
