I am in construction but we don't do any work so we wouldn't need a carpenter. I just fired my Labor :shrug: Now I use a temp labor service and I have an assistant who run them.

I don't know about illegals per se, but I do know that Hispanics work damn hard, do good work, work longer hours, and don't often price gouge; whereas, Joe six-pack wants banker hours, generally speaking does piss poor work, and for a larger fee. If I were a business man I'd hire the Hispanics.

I don't have one drop of Hispanic blood in me, but I've been familiar with the contruction business for years and I call it how I see it. :shrug:

You make the grandiose assumption that all Hispanic construction crew members are illegals and all gang bangers are Hispanic. You're not the least bit bigoted are you?

As a start he could advertise as an independent and post his skills in the newspaper and you could post it for him in the SOMD classified online!!! Good luck...
