Trump admits properties were overvalued in Court also thinks he was President in 2021

He wasn't selling the property and trying to get the highest price.

He was lying about the value of the property to get larger loans than he could repay.

How can you not even understand the issue but be so angry about it?
And the problem is? Why do you have so much hate in your heart did you not amount to anything in your life besides a smart azz bottom dweller

He claimed the tennis court alone was worth $18 million.

The problem is he claimed the property was worth more when it helped him secure loans and then turned around and said it was worth less when it was time to pay taxes.

He can say whatever he likes and if he can get away with it great.

What he can't do is lie about the same property to two different parties.
you do realize those are two different assessments.
The government does the tax assessment and it's always much lower than market value. Taxpayers can appeal but it's typically pointless.

Plus while he can self assess when apply for a loan, the bank is ALWAYS going to have their own appraisal done.

While $18M for a tennis court might be a bit of hyperbole, the fact is that a vacant lot of only an acre or two is worth closer to $50M if not more.
When you consider that his lot is much larger and fronts on the intercoastal and ocean, most real estate experts in So FL put it at closer to $1B+

If he's guilty of anything it's making banks richer. The AG made it clear she was going to take him down and the judge has made it clear he is ready to make sure it happens. There is no crime without a victim. Who was defrauded?, The banks who testified on his behalf.

Stick to something you do well, sniffing glue and smoking crack.

Because when people do this the bank is taking a financial risk. When Trump defaults on his loan because he cant pay them back the bank has to make up the losses in other ways.

Like charging customers overdraft fees, fees for opening an account , no more free checking or savings accounts the damage gets passed on to the low and middle grade consumer. Which means you..

Why don't you understand the first thing about how the world works?

No one but Trump values it at $1 billion. Don;t be an idiot and believe his lies. It is a rundown mess he can barely afford to keep running.

He is not making them richer by lying to them about the collateral he is getting loans based on.

If it was proiven why can't you prove that? And why were all the legal challenges dismissed for lack of evidence?
Not a single case, that I am aware of, was dismissed for lack of evidence. Put up some links if that was so. Most challenges were dismissed on standing, being moot or not having a means to be able to correct the problem brought forth.

All you have is a lot of hot air and the nonsense a syphilitic Guliani told you.
Giuliani hasn't told me a damn thing. Probably one of those extra voices in your head that you keep hearing. By the way, how do you know he has syphilis, did your skank ass give it to him?
Seems odd you would be amd that Trump is being prosecuted when his entire campaign waas LOCK HER UP despite no charges being brought against Hillary.
Actually, the term I used was "persecuted" and that is what I see happening. Getting a summary judgment without any evidence of harm being provided makes this a bigger sham without a shred of justice.

As to the "lock her up" chant, it sure wasn't his entire campaign and I am pretty sure MAGA and "drain the swamp" were the main functions he campaigned on.
I don't recall you having concerns about the legal system then?
Of course you don't recall it. The concern that I had then was at the time Trump took office it had already been over 4 years since Clinton had been SoS, and her use of the private email system was known by the government. Thus to bring it up in a legal manner it would take some quick movement by DOJ. However, right out of the gate calls for Sessions to recuse himself on any such investigation prevented him from even getting the ball rolling.

First Powell, Chesebro and Ellis have all admitted to election interference or election fraud and plead guilty. Are you saying you have a better understanding of the cases than the lawyers who worked on them?

Below you will find summaries of all 60 cases

Some were dismissed for lack of standing or being moot but some were dismissed because they made no legal sense.

Over 60 cases

:killingme You said they were dismissed for lack of evidence. Your Wiki link has this statement "Nearly all the suits were dismissed or dropped due to lack of evidence.[4]" That foot note says "Liptak, Adam (December 8, 2020). "Supreme Court Rejects Republican Challenge to Pennsylvania Vote". The New York Times. Archived from the original on December 22, 2020. Retrieved December 9, 2020."

Nowhere in the Liptak link does it say one damn word about evidence or the lack there of. What it does link to is a decision Justice Alito made to deny injunctive relief.

So sorry your inbred ass is so misinformed. Clearly you don't understand real estate in Palm Beach or how banks operate. They don't rely on what the borrower says, they have this thing called "due diligence" that they operate under. They verify the assets being used as collateral are free and clear of encumbrance and valued correctly

Clearly the Banks Agreed with Trump's Valuation
Besides, nobody in the Trump organization agreed they were overvalued. It was only the judge.
Real Estate experts in South Florida were on the floor laughing over the twink judge's estimate of Mara Lago
Plus the banks testified on his behalf. The banks were so offended over the years they kept doing business with Trump

Yes. That's great. But you can not lie about the value of your properties to the bank and then turn around and claim they are a different value to the IRS.

Which is the entire point.
