AND Hillary's girl, as of this writing, is staying married to him. So clearly she condones his actions.

Not knowing them personally, no I can't explain. I have read that they still have an apartment but he spends a good portion of his time living at his mother's apartment. I guess separation is there for a reason. A time to figure out what to do. If they end up divorcing or getting back to together. It's no one's business but theirs.
