Approximately four days earlier, on or about October 31, 2020, DONALD JOHN TRUMP discussed draft speech with unindicted coconspirator Individual l, whose identity is known to the Grand Jury, that falsely declared victory and falsely claimed voter fraud. The speech was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. "

"this quote is on page 20 of the Georgia Rico indictment; it is Act No. 1"

BANNON: “What Trump’s gonna do is just declare victory. Right? He’s gonna declare victory. But that doesn’t mean he’s a winner,” Bannon, laughing, told the group, according to an hour-long audio of the meeting obtained by Mother Jones. “He’s just gonna say he’s a winner.”

“He’s gonna declare victory. But that doesn’t mean he’s a winner.”

As it sits here today,” Bannon said later in the conversation, describing a scenario in which Trump held an early lead in key swing states, “at 10 or 11 o’clock Trump’s gonna walk in the Oval, tweet out, ‘I’m the winner. Game over. Suck on that.'”

When someone asked Bannon about what he'd say if he lost, Bannon responded: "He's going to say it was rigged." Afterward, Bannon became a prominent booster of Trump’s bogus election fraud claims. The Washington Post reported Monday that Bannon’s “vociferous support” for those lies helped convince Trump to grant him a last-minute pardon on unrelated fraud charges.

This explains a lot - you get your information from a Nazi stoner blog like Mother Jones. Garbage in, garbage out.

The top part of the information came directly from the Indictment ACT 1

The second part is a direct audio recording of Bannon.

I don't know why the truth is so difficult for you.

What truth, that the guy rehearsed his winning speech? Big news buddy, everyone rehearses speeches. And they already believed voter fraud existed more than 4 days prior due to the mail-in ballots. Whether right nor wrong, it's not weird that he would reference it.

You guys are nuts. I have been vocal on this forum from day one that I don't like Trump, but this is stupid. Claiming that asking for someone's phone number or reserving a conference room is a criminal act is ludicrous.

I can't even fathom how you lefties can truly believe there's a magic pee tape somewhere that no one has ever seen but ignore actual real video of Biden bragging about quid-pro-quo of getting the prosecutor fired or pictures of him playing golf with burisma executives or evidence that he is sharing a bank account with a family member who received money from burisma and had e-mails and texts telling him to get the prosecutor fired. That's like a quadruple slam dunk, but it's "fake" while pee tapes and made up russian hoaxes are the REAL TRUTH.

No one rehearses a speech saying the results of the election are corrupt days before the results are even known unless you plan to spread seeds of doubt in case you lose.

When did i ever say anything about a pee tape? Who claimed asking for a phone number or conference room was criminal?

Why are you ascribing some asinine theory one person may have said that Fox news blew up into something ordinary people believe or even know about.

I have no idea what you are talking about in regards to a phone number of conference room but you are convinced i dislike Trump because of it?

And for the 5 millionth time the prosecutor was corrupt and it was the opinion of the majority oof the international community that he needed to be fired to ensure that his job was getting done without taking bribes and kickbacks.

Please stop relying on Fox and Newsmax and other baised sources to lie to you.

As we have reported more than once last year, Biden traveled to Kyiv as vice president and warned Ukraine’s then-president, Petro Poroshenko, that the U.S. would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees until Ukraine removed its prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin, who was widely viewed as corrupt.

At the time, the international community and anti-corruption advocates in Ukraine were also calling for Shokin to be removed from office for his failure to aggressively prosecute corruption.

But Trump has repeatedly distorted the facts about Biden’s work in Ukraine to baselessly accuse his Democratic rival of seeking Shokin’s removal to help his son, Hunter, who at the time was a board member of a Ukraine gas company called Burisma. He left the board in

Annenberg Foundation

The Annenberg Foundation is a private foundation headquartered in Pennsylvania and Los Angeles, California, which focuses grants in the greater Los Angeles area as well as nationally. The foundation was founded by billionaire publisher and Nixon administration U.S. Ambassador to Great Britain Walter Annenberg, who was among the most prominent philanthropists in America upon his death. 1 With over $1.6 billion in assets, the Annenberg Foundation is among the 50 largest private foundation in the United States. 2

Like many large grantmaking foundations, the Annenberg Foundation is known to fund many left-of-center political groups and causes. 3

Liberal Programs

Despite the Annenbergs’ significant ties to the Republican Party, with Walter serving as an Ambassador under President Richard Nixon and Leonore being appointed Chief of Protocol at the State Department by President Ronald Reagan,6 the Annenberg Foundation has a history of affiliations with liberal causes. 7 The Annenberg Foundation regularly donates for left of center organizations and causes.

California Black Freedom Fund

The Annenberg Foundation was one of the original donors to fund the creation of the California Black Freedom Fund (CBFF) at the end of 2020. The CBFF is a left-of-center grantmaking organization that funds California-based groups that seek to eliminate what it perceives as systemic racism. It used funding from the original donors to provide grants that went towards advocacy for targeted redistricting, so-called racial equity, and the firing of who it determines are racist police officers. 8

Grantmaking

According to the foundation’s 2017 tax form it has donated to groups including:9

Associations with Barack Obama

In the 1990s, Walter Annenberg announced the Annenberg Challenge, a $500 million gift to public schools in America, billed as the largest gift ever to public education. $50 million of the grant went to Chicago where the local chapter of the Annenberg challenge was chaired by future President Barack Obama and co-founded by radical professor and former Weather Underground extremist Bill Ayers. The affiliation between Obama and Ayers came into public light when Obama ran for president in 2008. 10 Further research into the Annenberg Challenge indicated that it had very little lasting impact on the education system. 11
