Has anybody ever used them? How good are they? My car is at the California location. I just want to know if she is going to look showroom new when they are done?

I have had work done there, and while the paint was flawless, I was not happy with the alignment of the trunklid when they were done. when asked to lok at it, they said they hadnt touched it, but agreed to try to adjust it. When doing it with tools and the factory adjusters didnt work, they got a deadblow hammer and tried to force the hinges to bend.

At that point I said it was fine and boogied.

Next time, when I had stuff done at PJs, they realigned it with no issues.

So, check panel alignment, if what they are doing requires any removal or replacment of parts/panels. If not, dont worry.

Well, I told my husband if it was not pristine when I go to pick it up I was going to tell them to fix it, and if they gave me any guff about it I was going to throw a hissy fit. He doesn't blame me. He knows how well I took care of my car and he knows I am extremely picky when it comes to even a freakin car wash! So they better be prepared!

I went there a few years ago and wasn't thrilled. The bumper wasnt aligned right. The paint looked good but the clear coat was not evenly distributed. It was bulky in some places. They said they would fix it so I came back a couple days later and it looked the same. I just left. The lady that worked there at the time was extremely rude also.

I went to the one in Mechanicsville for a completely different fender bender and they did excellent work and were just polite.

(neither accidents were my fault. I was completely stopped at red lights both times I was rear ended)

I'll post some pics later of where to inspect for proper reassembly, spots where its easiest to tell if its not right on. Lucky for you, I have a stunt double for your car in the right color. :yay:

IT's ALL RED
PJ's Autobody

All the way....They are a company with integrity. I knew someone that had "smudged paint" along the side of her car and thought it was going to be an arm/leg to repair but the guy came out with a cloth and "something" on the cloth and "buffed" it out.... NO CHARGE AT ALL!

Very thorough and he has my gold stamp of approval.

Dont mind the crudity of the arrows, they were done on my cell phone.

The key is to look at lines, and the gaps between them, on the hood, it should be the same gap from end to end, compare side to side on symmetrical units, like the grill insert, and side to side on those front fender meeting lines. Is one headlight further back than the other, that sort of thing.

That's where my insurance company sent me too. I was happy with the work but they have poor customer service. The lady working the desk (someone's wife I'm guessing) was very rude.

Oh and just so you know, I found this out later, you do not have to go where your insurance company sends you.

Ah geez wish I knew that yesterday, I had originally drove straight to Dodge. They said my insurance used Two Guys. That makes me sick, I would rather have paid Dodge to fix it!
