Has anybody ever used them? How good are they? My car is at the California location. I just want to know if she is going to look showroom new when they are done?
What happened to your car?
And if Mark still works at 2 guys, you are in good hands.

What are you having done?
I have had work done there, and while the paint was flawless, I was not happy with the alignment of the trunklid when they were done. when asked to lok at it, they said they hadnt touched it, but agreed to try to adjust it. When doing it with tools and the factory adjusters didnt work, they got a deadblow hammer and tried to force the hinges to bend.
At that point I said it was fine and boogied.
Next time, when I had stuff done at PJs, they realigned it with no issues.
So, check panel alignment, if what they are doing requires any removal or replacment of parts/panels. If not, dont worry.
Front clip, headlights and fender. Now can I barf.
Ehh, they do a serviceable job at best IMO.
Well, I told my husband if it was not pristine when I go to pick it up I was going to tell them to fix it, and if they gave me any guff about it I was going to throw a hissy fit. He doesn't blame me. He knows how well I took care of my car and he knows I am extremely picky when it comes to even a freakin car wash! So they better be prepared!
I'll post some pics later of where to inspect for proper reassembly, spots where its easiest to tell if its not right on. Lucky for you, I have a stunt double for your car in the right color.
Unfortunately I am stuck with where my insurance sent me. God you guys have got me worried this is my baby!
That's where my insurance company sent me too. I was happy with the work but they have poor customer service. The lady working the desk (someone's wife I'm guessing) was very rude.
Oh and just so you know, I found this out later, you do not have to go where your insurance company sends you.
