Most of my friends at this time are guys. Since my teen years this hasn't been the case. I'm a chick that loves to hang out with other chicks. I still have my girl friends, but I find that many of them have controlling jealous men in their lives. Where the independent ladies at? I much prefer chick friendship to guys, tho I do love my guy friends too, it's just too easy for that stuff to get off track.

Sounds to me like you have no man and you're just jealous because all your chick friends have men. :shrug:

Personnally, guy friends are cool. They usually don't try to sleep with your man.

I don't have a motorcycle :( and I'm kinda chicken but I'd love to hang out.

and my girlfriends don't try to get with my men. Girls like that I don't hang out with. Guys that get with your friends are best discarded.

Did it ever occur to you that they're all trying to bone you? :doh:

It has happened to me and I realized just now that all the guys that I ever hung out with in my whole entire life wanted to bone me :banana: I'm not trying to sell myself hot by any means. Guys think that by being your friend they'll "get in". I once had my BF's friend (who hung out with me a lot) confess his love for me the day after we broke up after 5 years! Yes he waited 5 years.

Its human nature, it just happens.

This is the exact reason I prefer chicks as friends. I have had supposed "best friends" stop hanging out with me when they realized they were not getting laid.
I love chix. There are ####ty chicks, but I try not to associate with them. I like girls like me. I trust chix way more than dix. Seriously. Tho I have had a few guy friends that were righteous and not just tryin to get into my lady bits.

There are still some awesomely independent chicks around... even some in relationships but don't allow the men in their life to control them.

This is all I'm sayin. I'm not even doggin my girls that find themselves with those type of men, usually it's complicated. I am just trying to socialize.

Sure, it's complicated... for some. For me, it's real simple... don't try to control me and I won't try to control you. If you want a night out with the boys... go to. If I want a night out with the girls, I don't wanna hear pissin' and moanin' about it.

Xactly. And I just don't dog my girls who are goin through that I just try to remind them of who they are. Uplift rather put down...cuz they're my girls.

But yeah. I'm interested in some girls nights out or something. Next Wednesday at CJs is Karaoke night. Anyone game?

CJs is on the left on Rousby Hall Rd. Right off of HG Truman, just past the fast stop.
