I've seen reports of commitments made since the invasion started. I've seen zero reports of actual deliveries. Getting significant quantities of the anti-tank and anti-air missiles in to the hands of Ukrainians trained to use them is a real challenge. The transfers should have been made long ago.

Ah, no. He's spending a lot on this. Rebuilding the infrastructure after isn't a cost he's willing to swallow.

All that talk of the regime being the issue is smoescreen. Vlad wants his buffer states back. It wouldn't matter if the Ghost of Lenin were ruling the place.

"Relentless Truth" sounds like its coming out of a basement in Moscow.

Why did you quote invading? The Ukrainian people seem to be treating them as an unwelcomed invading army.
