You have various felony crimes in Maryland. 1st Degree Murder, second degree murder, second degree murder depraved heart. 1st degree child abuse, child sex abuse (felony but not first or second degree) sex abuse to a minor, (felony but again, not classified) 1st degree rape, second degree rape, 1st degree sex offense second degree sex offense, 3rd degree sex offense, theft over $1000.00 (not classified) burglary 1st degree, burglary 2nd degree, Manslaughter, (not classified).
