Things are getting a bit touchy and personal now in the ol' enclave since the previous pope retired, and the Vatican made it a crime in 2013 to tell the truth of what is happening on the inside.

Stop salivating like a dog. You have no vested interest in such things aside from a sordid desire for Vatican gossip. To say that the Vatican made it a crime to tell the truth is misleading at best and deceiving at worse. It would behoove you to remember what Paul says about gossips and scandalmongers.

I believe another good catholic poster on this same forum told me not too long ago that I should call my church something like "The Church Of Paul" (I won't divulge the name, you can backtrack and find it, but I think the initials were onel), simply because much of our church doctrinal statement of a NT church is based on the preachings of Paul, as is half of the NT.

Try to spin it however you want, radi. It is what it is, but probably not to many like you. Reality.

Nothing to do with being on anybody's side. Simply absolute refusal from the catholics to even acknowledge what the haps are. And you, really despaired, what is your amusement in this?

Please, please, let your access to Snowden and Manning (whoever it is today) be made public.

Why Vatican arrests will backfire

The speed with which whistleblowers were investigated and arrested contrasts with the glacial pace at which Vatican reforms take place and the mild punishments meted out to those accused of economic irresponsibility. The incident seems to suggest a pattern in which the church is more interested in punishing those who breach confidentiality than those who are financially corrupt.

If only the victims of the Catholic Church's sexual abuse got the same speed of justice which means the Church is more concerned about themselves than other less fortunate people.

Ok, I can't see you to tell if you're actually salivating, but you certainly come across as if you are. My warning to you about scandalmongering still holds. You might want to wipe that drool from your chin.

Yes I read the article and yes I know it was the New York Times. What I was referring to was your mention that the Church outlawed the truth. Your penchant for exaggeration would make you a good headline writer for Star Magazine.

I'm thinking by your stance that you would be ok if I took your private writings, journal, diary or whatever without your permission and published it with twisted facts for personal financial gain and that it should be perfectly legal for me to do so. If so, then hand over your journal I have some work to do.

(Reformers not to be confused with Protestants of course.) At this point in time it's a good chance that Francis will be declared a saint in the future.
