You aren't gonna believe this! After taking another call (for a different number) - I got through with Verizon. Would you believe they say they didn't know about my problem only the "dial tone" problem which was fixed yesterday. I knew Verizon wasn't listening when I called yesterday. Anyway, they said a Supervisor would call me on my cell phone (not my landline - who knows where that would go). And the beat keeps going on and on and on and on...
