Population, business growth, the mall and accessibilty to route 301 and 210= increase in crimes

Doesn't help that it borders PG county. Take a look at the MD independent its nearly 2 pages dedicated to just Police Briefs.

There has been a significant increase in crime in the last couple of years. It is not too bad if you go shopping during the day. At night all the hood rats come about and scurry around and hang out in the mall.

Please I grew up there and graduated school there way back in 1988. Waldorf is no more than the people there and surrounding counties that make it.

Honestly, everything happens at home. Children learn what they live. Waldorf is only always in the news because its being heavily populated quickly. I bet anyone once the SUPER Walmart comes to town... look how much the "crime section" of the paper increases...

the county it borders doesn't help.......everytime they catch someone who committed a crime its always PG...... :coffee:

I've never once had anyone even slightly scare me in Waldorf. The teens in the mall? Big deal. They are loud, clique-ish, you know...teens! :jameo:
