He is a very good eater, good solid poops, no diahrrea...and is off to the vet this week..friday..for his first check up and xrays of feet and tail.
It feels like the first few joints ae frozen in an arch and it curls off to the right...will not stand up like a typical kitten.

Will know more Friday and will post pics of xrays....

He is now asleep in in his heated bed with his stuffed toy...right here on my computer desk.

He is not too spoiled...I want him to have good habits come October and not be a pest kitten,

More photos this weekend!!!

OK...but I think you have a very long, long wait...or maybe Dawn will find another one!!!

He reminds me of my Himmy that I "rescued" from a pet store so long ago. She was the runt of the litter, pathetic, trapped in the cage, and I just had to take her home.

never know....I just never want to find one that young EVER EVER again. Oh, it tore me up not knowing if what I did was right, wrong, not feeding it the right amount, at the right time, not realizing how much warmth he needed, not knowing how to make him go the bathroom, not knowing what I thought was hair loss was actually an infection. the list could go on and on. If it ever happens again, I realized from this time there were some really cat smart people on the forms and I know that I can depend on them for advice and Ink really came through and saved the day, or really wally literally and without any hesitation on her part. I couldnt thank her enough for stepping up and offering to take him as soon as I posted on the boards.

They are ALL yours... I will put them in his baby cat book for you.!!!

I will do one for Baily and hand deliver it along with Wally!!!!!!
You saved him and Baily will adopt him...
I just feed him and clean his butt!!!!!!

With out you, Wally would have not found his new mom.

I had a new kitty about 5 yrs ago that my friend in Ohio wanted, so as she grew, I took pictures and put them in a baby kitty book and made notes. And Ink, you do much more than clean his butt, you take care of him and love him and make sure he is healthy and happy when he comes to me.

Wally is a very expressive kitty. He has pictures that look like he is smiling and some that show a frown. You've done an incredible job with Wally Ink... thank you for taking him in. :smoochy:

Photo session over...Thirty new photos here: SmugMug
tonight Wally is wearing a smart electric blue bandana and is on a soft mouse gray background.

Here's Wally...4 weeks old, a full POUND!!! Leg seems to be doing better.
I expect he will be in a splint for the next few weeks to support his ankle.
Vet visit Wednesday!
He is walking better, beginning to play with his beenie baby kitty.
Sunday he will be moved to a larger home, still heated, but bigger with more stuffed animals to climb on.
He is eating very well and loves his formula!!

Here is Wally, age 1 month old.

Um, thanks but Im not really doing anything. I mean, you saw him, hello, I melted on impact and have been in love since. I just cant wait till I can hold him. Hes going to fit right in, and I believe he really is a happy baby. I cant speak enough about him and Ive never met him. I feel like Im adopting a new baby and I have to wait for all the red tape. Wally will have the life with me.
