it IS possible to have a suspendid license and not know it. you have to KNOW it to be held accountable. the cop can ticket you, but you can go to court and claim ignorance, and win. Unless you've been ticketed for it before, or attended classes to get it back. if you claim ignorance you'd better be able to prove ignorance, That's a fact, from the horse's mouth. (ie the supah troopah i live with).

Oh and you ARE responsible for a "dangerous dog". It is your responsibilty as owner to keep the 'public at large' safe, regardless of where the 'public at large' goes (which includes your back yard). In the event your dog bites an intruder, drag him in the house after the dog kills him, then you're covered  putting up a beware of dog sign IS admitting you have a dangerous dog. It's asking for trouble. My signs say "The dogs can make it over this fence in 10 seconds, Can YOU?" Works for me.
Next thing you know we will be required to post a "WET GRASS' sign when we water the lawn.
My luck I will still get sued because the retard that slipped on the wet grass couldn't read. :lmao:

I don't know what's wrong with me today, but I agree with you. There are people who take nice dogs and turn them mean. That isn't what you want to do. You want to save the life of a dog that has already been ruined. If the dog has food, shelter, space, vet care, etc., how is that worse than gassing him?

Personally, I'd be worried about the liability of it getting out and biting somebody, but that has nothing to do with the dog. If you are willing to accept the risk, where's the harm?
:yeahthat: I'm with ya gumbo.
