Maybe Banned is too Harsh , How about limiting the Season to 2 short Track Races & 1 Road !

Yet the closest race track to you has become the Daytona International Speedway of asphalt short track racing. :killingme

If you think Bristol is boring, you might be a moron.

If you don't like short track "rubbing is racing", you might be a moron.

If you think California and Texas provide better racing action than North Wilkesboro and Rockingham, you might be a moron.

If you think the Michigan 400 and The Brickyard 400 are more exciting than Langley Speedway, Toledo Speedway, Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville and Irwindale Speedway, you might be a moron.

If you think this:

is better than this:

you might be a moron.

The only way they could save California, Michigan, Texas and Atlanta is if they had a double file restart every 10 laps. :killingme

Well, now's your chance to go to The Rock. The weekend of the boring California Cup race, the USAR Pro Cup Series and ARCA Re/Max Series are racing at The Rock! :yahoo:

The last time two consecutive races were postponed for the following day, it dates back to 1997. Talladega actually was postponed two weeks because they could not run it on a Monday and the teams had to be in Sonoma the following week. The Sonoma race ended up being postponed to a Monday, and Mark Martin scored his first career Sears Point win and fourth career road course victory that day. The following week, Mark Martin went back-to-back winning a caution free Winston 500 at Talladega - the fastest ever NASCAR Winston Cup race.

Why do I say this? Last week's race was postponed to Monday and tomorrow's race isn't looking good. Forecast is calling for heavy rain all day and all night at Watkins Glen International. To be honest, Monday's forecast doesn't look great either nor does Tuesday's forecast.

The last time a race was postponed several weeks was in 2001 as a result of the 9-11 terrorist attacks. Robby Gordon ended up winning that race knocking Jeff Gordon out of the way :jet:

I tried to give you guys a chance to catch up...

JPM - win
Stewart
Gordon
Jimmy
Hamlin
And it looks like it worked. I will be going back to my regularly scheduled picks now. No more JPM. No more Hamlin. Back to Shrub and Old Man.
