no one ever said that, but it is funny that you cant separate one dog, who was determined to be aggressive, from all other pits......

and cattitude, i agree, if we could only put down all the irresponsible owners there really wouldn't be an issue.

call me what you want as long as you remember i am right :killingme

the dog was aggresive, no rescue would take it because it was aggresive.

The dog was aggressive with other dogs. No rescue COULD take it because it was aggressive with other dogs and they did not have a place to keep her because all of the foster homes have other dogs!

I personally know of a rescue that has a "dog aggressive dog" and it WAS pulled from the shelter so your statement is not correct. YOU ARE WRONG! :yahoo:

No one said she wasn't aggressive to other dogs. There are many dogs that are aggressive to other dogs that are adopted from the shelter. Since she was a pit she could only be taken by a rescue group. The rescue groups were full and COULD not take her due to the other dogs in the foster homes. She WOULD have been pulled by a rescue group had there been a place with no other dogs. It isn't that she wasn't pull because she was aggressive and that's it. She would have been still pulled if there was a safe place for her. So you're still wrong!

You're right...I see that in the other posts. Well, maybe someone else may learn something that is just not familiar with how things work. Hate to think someone reading his stuff would actually believe it to be true. :killingme

Lets just see what the resuces said about her......

the beautiful blue pit that was also on the first post was euthanized as she was extremely dog agressive.
the risk of taking her was too great.

so the safe places that would normally take a pit wouldn't because she posed a significant risk to their other dogs:bigwhoop:

What could possibly be a more worthy animal? A poodle perhaps?? Get over yourself. Stop starting crap if you aren't going to do anything to rectify the situation. How about adopting a dog instead dumping on those that do.

its only fun when i am right, as i am in this case.....

the dog was aggressive, find a more worthy animal to defend

Maybe, if you keep telling everyone and yourself that you are correct you might actually start to believe it. Get a life.

how about a pit that isn't aggressive, or for that matter, ANY dog that isn't aggressive and needs to be adopted would be more worthy than one who is only going to be a liability to the adopter.

try choosing your fights a little better
