Imagine a dealer in a college town making the rounds on and off campus.. take him a day to hit the same amount of customers in a single hotel hallway in an hour.

Glasper was arrested last year for fighting in the streets of PCB. Seems like this is an annual thing for this guy. PCB doesn't need this sort of tourist.

The Panama City Beach Police Department has opened an investigation into an fight that occurred on Sunday, April 25. The fight occurred in the Long Beach Plaza located in the 10000 block of Front Beach Road.

The incident involved a large group of people, both male and female. Police believe all participants in the altercation are from the Montgomery, Ala. area.

Law enforcement identified two suspects: Qwashunda Sanders and Rashad Glasper, both of Wetumpka, as active participants in the altercation. Police signed arrest warrants for both.

That's the problem - March not only brings college spring breakers, it brings the drug sellers to service them.

They should let me be in charge of the war on drugs. I'll bet I could fix that chit within a year. The only reason the overlords have made it worse is because they want it that way.

It took a while, but justice was finally served. All of these rioters were from out of state. Other similarities are they are all male and prefer to wear their pants way saggier than is necessary. Quite a few have unique names. Hopefully all these misguided yutes sat down with their fathers and discussed their wayward actions.

The arrest count for that weekend's mayhem is over 180 and may increase as more lawbreakers are identified.

The Panama City Beach Police Department announced Wednesday that 15 more people have now been charged in connection to a riot at Walmart on Front Beach Road back in March.

Using social media, the PCBPD identified the suspects, all from Alabama. They are between the ages of 17 and 37.
