I think the Colts are gonna go all the way this year. No losses.

No way because eventually they'll have their playoff spot locked up and they'll sit the starters and someone will snatch a game or so from them.

The AFC is probably set right now...

...with the Pats taking the East, Indy South, Denver West and either Pittsburgh or Cinncy in the North, the other being one wild card and Jax with a favorable schedule the other, though San Diego and KC should provide one hell of a finish.

It all adds up to Colts...and no 16-0, with that schedule, any schedule, it's just too tough.

In the NFC

The Bears run the North.

Seattle the West.

Atl, Tampa and Carolina ought to give us a dog fight for the South

And The Boys and Giants, with maybe a peep from the Skins make the East a fun battle as well.

I'm seeing the Panthers. They've beaten the Pats and smashed the Bucs. Three of their last five include 2 with Atlanta and one more with the Bucs. But they also have the Bears and Buffs.

The Cowboys have the Broncos, Skins, Chiefs, Giants and Panthers left. They should make 10 wins.

The G men: Philly twice, Skins once, plus Seattle and KC. They should make 10.

Skins: San Diego, Giants, Dallas and Philly. Slight schedule advantage here. Long way to 10 wins though.

The Eagles are done. They only have us, the Giants twice and Seattle but they're probably to far back to win the division and that makes them come up short wild card wise.

The Falcons will not win until Vic does what Young did; become a bigger pass threat than run. Their whole season is coming up with both Carolina and Tampa twice along with the Bears.

So, I'm thinking Panthers.

The Cowpokes vs. the Eagles (minus some feathers) might offer some insight.
This may be true but the Eagles could easily take the Lions. Also, what's gonna stop Dallas from pullin' a Parcell's win-outta-hat victory like he's so privy of doing?

I think the Lions get stomped. JMO

...would be interesting is to track our consensus pick, ie, have a 'player' who's picks are based on majority opinion.

There's what, 20 points per week, depending on the bye?

Our leader is 91 after 10 or actually what, week 3, so 8 weeks, so, our leader averages a bit over 11 points per week.

...

Consensus pick - 89 points
Hits on 61.6% of the time
Hits 62.5% of the 5 pters.

I don't understand...why the Lions over the Cowsquirrels?
Because they have pretty much the same color uniforms but the Lions helmets are really cool with the leaping Lion on it that looks like it is roaring and all. :yay:

Seriously the Lions will not win but I think they will lose by 7 or less.

Dallas is rubbing their chin after being stymied by the TOless Eagles, winning only in the final minutes. McNabb was actually having fun and laughing (except at the end) which means he was not scared nor really that concerned.

Detroit beat Arizona, a team which sucks one week and playes plain old bad the next.

They played Chicago (good defense) and only lost in OT due to a interception run back for a TD.

They beat Cleveland.

Only lost to Carolina (good team) by 1 point.

Waxed Baltimore.

Covered the spread and only lost to Tampa (before Greise went out) by 4

Beat Green Bay handily in week 1.

Got waxed by Chicago in week 2.

Harrington is back, they are putting up some numbers and I think they can stay close.
