IF I remember correctly..
State of MD, they can NOT require you to attend any presentations or sales pitches for a 'free week-end'.
I may be wrong, but if I'm not that means you can take the free week-end, and do whatever you want to do while you are there.
Used to be a 'cold feet' law where you can back out of any contract within 72 hrs, just have to notify them by certified mail. Go, sign your life away and then back out..enjoy your weekend!!
if u are 100% u can say no, i think they are worth it.
My parents have 2 timeshares and my hubby and i just bought one and we love it, so weve been to quite a few pitches. Our last getaway we used our timeshare and we got something like $75 in cash to hear them update us. I thought it was worth it![]()
That's why you don't see any timeshares in MD. VA, on the other hand, has a bunch of them.
You must have never been to Ocean City.![]()
