maybe he had a brainfart or maybe he thought you were stopping to pause and he was in a rush. :shrug:

if you let something like some dude who (you perceive) was inconsiderate in not holding a door open for you make your blood boil for 6 hours, you're setting yourself up for an early dirt nap. :ohwell:
