I don't know how they could be allowed. Genitalia are not supposed to be displayed in public. They make them hide magazines behind counters or put covers on them. I really can't think of anywhere else you could look in public and see a replica or picture of a scrotum.

See, that's the part I don't understand. I'd think that bumper balls would already be covered in decency laws and wouldn't need a special one of their own.

Yes, I can understand you have to keep your eyes forward, but you don't have to stare at the trucks balls the whole time And most of the trucks I have seen, aren't raised high enough to see them when you stop, and while you are driving, you are supposed to skim the area ahead of you, not stare at one place (I think thats the crap they taught us in drivers ed )

Maybe its because I'm 23, and I don't have any kids asking me what are those that I don't find it offensive, and I kinda just see it as another way of our so called "freedom of speech" being taken away from us....:shrug:

A car in the parking lot has about 20 bumper stickers bashing Bush (the pres, only saying this since the topic is already about balls, don't want confusion )

I find that offensive they make all these bumper stickers that bash our president(whether I like them or not), but I'm not going to try and pass a law against it or anything... it's their car, do what they please to the POS

Not the way society works. Things are made illegal if enough people find them offensive. I'm sure you can think of lots of examples. I for one find spandex stretch pants on very large butts very offensive, but I guess not enough other people do.

yeah i can see them being enforced now....Trooper chases car dragging bull balls...screeches to a stop behind him when he finally sees the flashing lights....jumps out...runs back snatches balls off car, flings them into open car window and writes driver (a 20 y/o male who thinks they're funny on his low rider dragging the ground) a big fat ticket. In court 6 months later...UH Your honor...really i didn't know...really. Go to jail....go directly to jail for indecency young man! they're disgusting.

I agree. Pointless macho posturing. What is worse is those window stickers that show one car logo sodomizing another car logo.

If you kick the plastic gonads, will the truck double over in excruciating pain? If you cut them off, will the truck's engine rumble at a higher pitch?

I'm mad enough about them trying to ban smoking in public. Banning these things is a bit much, HOWEVER, I think they are tacky, trashy, and a whole slew of other adjectives, it would be nice if people would spare us from this crap on their own. To play devil's advocate, what is wrong with intending to cause arousal? That may sound funny, but I think it's a legitimate question. Wasn't that intention part of the reason for the original "Charlie's Angels" or Catherine Bach's jean shorts on the original "Dukes of Hazzard"? Those shows helped millions of boys pull themselves through puberty.
