I saw them interviewing the parents that brought their 3 month old and 4 year old. Not right, those kids should have been home in bed. Definitely not a movie for a 4 year old. I'm glad they are okay, but they would have been safe if they were home in their beds.
You didn't just buy 6000 rounds of ammo did you? Going to any movies tonight psycho...er....a... I mean Roberta? They are not your children so WHY do you care?? You whinny noisy busy body's MYOFB and go back to mamby pamby land.
It's better than leaving the Children unattended! I took my Kids to Drive-Ins all the time.I'll be judgmental with you
Parents are so self-centered these days that they don't really care about their children's needs or routines. They drag them wherever *they* want to go, and to heck with sleep and food for their tot. I give you the continuous wail of tired, crabby youngsters in the Wal-Mart as evidence.
It seems completely ignorant to me that grown adults would so desperately need to see a movie - A FREAKING MOVIE!! - the second it came out that they would pack up their infant and pre-schooler and trot them out that time of night.

I've got a great life and if you think telling someone to mind their business is going to change their minds, you are mamakookoo crazy too.FY, I never said that it was ok to take your children to the movies at that time of night, I just said that what people do with their children is their business, not anyone Else's.
FCS get a life and mind your own business.

So now he nanny state conservatives want to make curfews for our kids because some parents choose to take their kids to a late movie. Awesome.![]()

This amazes me. This almost implies that it’s the parent’s fault for taking their kids out too late. This could have happened during any showing at any time. James Holmes went into this theater and started shooting indiscriminately. He didn’t care if children, women, teenagers, elderly people were in the path of his bullets.
I don’t like that parents take their kids to movies at this hour for a bunch of reasons, but one of them certainly out of fear that they might get gunned down by a crazed loon. If that were the case, you may as well keep your kids inside, because this kind of thing can happen at any time of day or night: Columbine, Arizona shooting, shooting at Virginia Tech, shooting at Binghamton NY, and so many more mass shootings… all happened during the day.
I suspect if the premier showing had been scheduled at noon on Thursday, this shooting in Aurora would have happened then.
