What's for dinner?

Nashville hot chicken breast. The dumb thing I did was make the sauce, which is melted butter and a bunch of seasonings, and put it in a small bin...and popped the lid on. About 2 seconds later the lid exploded off and showered my kitchen with Nashville hot butter. Took longer to clean my kitchen - it was ALL over the place - than it did to make the replacement batch.

I'm sorry.

Hamsteak, real mashed potatoes, peas, and carrots.

The last of the case of king crab legs that we got from Bradford's Truckload Sale and corn on the cob. For about the same price of a meal of crab legs in a semi-decent restaurant, we've had about 6 meals from that case.

Chicken breast sautéed with a little garlic in a tablespoon of bacon, grease, seasoned with salt, white pepper and summer savory. Whole cranberry sauce, Rice with cream of chicken soup and green beans.

Rare sliced roast beef on a sesame kaiser, mayo and tomato. Dill spear on the side, black cherry soda.

I made a big pot of bean soup in between shoveling. Shoveled a couple of hours, came in and started the soup. Left it simmering while I finished up outside. It was nice having it hot and ready when I came in from the cold.
