No army, but I’m putting some of it away and the nephew is dropping by tomorrow so I know he’ll eat a qt by himself.
I'm all about over cooking and sharing/freezing leftovers these days. I switched from kidney beans to pintos a long time ago. Starting with 5 lbs of meat, do you add beans to your chili or make it Texas style to be served over pasta?

A variety of fresh peppers, some hot, some sweet, onions, tomatoes, and black beans.

The seasonings include portions of dark chili powder, chipotle, chili powder, cumin, a little cayenne, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley.

served along with cornbread or on some occasions, Tostitos scoops.
