Ground beef with shredded Asian veggies and Szechuan sauce over rice. Mmmmmmm..... 
Was looking at that today and saw a Stauffer's Creamed Chipped Beef. Had it tonight with scrambled eggs on toast. Damn it was good!!! Grew up with SOS and then I joined the Navy. It was my goto at breakfast until I got commissioned, they didn't serve it in the wardroom. MFers!

Had to make an emergency trip to Arkansas last week, my dad was in the ER. He had a successful procedure, feeling better, on my way home trying to beat the incoming storm thru the mountains in Waynesboro, VA.
