Don't hit me. It wasn't THAT bad, but I prefer rare. I cooked it on the George Forman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine. I've forgotten how to use that damned thing. Next time 2 1/2 minutes each side on the Weber Smokey Joe.

That's really nice. Sure he appreciates youTonight, a Nick's pot roast in the crockpot. I use a packet of Lipton's onion soup mix (sometimes with mushrooms) and some spicy v8 plus carrots, spuds, peas, corn and sometimes green beans, a little garlic, a little red wine.
