Had a Philadelphia Story from Showtime Deli (steak and cheese) for lunch, only ate half, so the other half was dinner. Their mac salad is yummy.

(Sorry, St James Deli, couldn't wait for you...)

Don't hit me. It wasn't THAT bad, but I prefer rare. I cooked it on the George Forman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine. I've forgotten how to use that damned thing. Next time 2 1/2 minutes each side on the Weber Smokey Joe.

Tonight, a Nick's pot roast in the crockpot. I use a packet of Lipton's onion soup mix (sometimes with mushrooms) and some spicy v8 plus carrots, spuds, peas, corn and sometimes green beans, a little garlic, a little red wine.
My husband is getting ready to go on travel and I have been trying to make his favorite dinners before he goes!
