^I tried them twice, worst subs I've ever gotten.Even with all the hoopla, I was seriously unimpressed with Jimmy's John. I'd rather eat Subway.

The only time I've had Jimmy Johns was at Lowe's when the sandwiches were free in the employee break room.Even with all the hoopla, I was seriously unimpressed with Jimmy's John. I'd rather eat Subway.
Showtime Deli.St. Mary’s really needs a good sub shop. I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s, but Jimmy John’s doesn’t have hot subs, and the others around here are just kind of meh.
Did you try it yet?Somewhere in the next couple weeks I’m going to take attempt two on making sauerbraten.
Haven't gotten to it yet. Last few weeks have been busy with the Nephew moving out, changing things around at the house and a new dog.Did you try it yet?
I turned mine into strips, put them in a ziploc bag and some southwest style seasonings and a splash of cooking oil. Sliced peppers and onions seasoned them same way. Put each in a disposable foil cooking tray. Threw them on the grill on high. Sizzled the hell out of em. Brought both trays in put them center table surrounded by fixings: lettuce, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, hot sauce, etc. and we all dug in. Had the best dang home cooked fajitas ever. No messy grill. Not much messy cleanup.I've got chicken boobs thawing but have no idea what I'm going to do with them. I'll know when I start cooking, I guess.
What's that? That looks too good to pass up so I'm making a modified version of it with a little more "asian" design.
I added some peppers, slivered onions, ginger and sesame seed. What's that?

Where did you find chili oil? I’ve been hunting that stuff down for almost 6 months now without success.I sauteed it in some chili oil with asparagus. Little kick to it and it was delicious!
