Oh, wow! I am so sorry that's happening to you! I don't know anything about oysters (allergic to seafood, especially shellfish). Can you freeze them after cooking them?

Thanks, twinoaks. Good to see you back. I put them in the fridge. Will probably steam them tomorrow - was going to grill them this evening. They should be good for a few days.

Had to drop off two kitties at the vet in Callaway today and while waiting for them, I went to the Grid Iron Grill for an iced tea and wings. Had 1/2 garlic/parmesan and 1/2 hot buffalo. Ordered them well done and they were crispy. They were most delicious and the bartender/waitress was awesome.
