Hearing a lot about this, so decided to try it for lunch today. Went to St Mary's Square, walked up to the counter, looked at the menu, don't see any ribs mentioned.

I asked the server in his uniform about ribs, says they don't have ribs, but once in a while they have a rib sandwich, but it's seasonal.

I'm so confused....
That's weird. So, you didn't get any ribs?

My wife has a been a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse ever since it opened in Califormia..but our last two visits were disappointing. The quality of the steak cuts had clearly declined.
Ya know, when the Outback opened in PF, the steaks were fantastic..after about 2 years, the place went to hell quality wise in steaks and service. Last prime rib I got there was so full of gristle it was close to impossible to cut up.

Charles Street Brasserie - ate there again tonight and another great dinner. We love the piano played in the background. Also enjoy Saturday's Choice which is the trailer on Great Mills Road. They have a great a Louisiana Broil with shrimp, crab legs, sausage, crawfish, etc. with lots of garlic and butter.

Have no modern fav restaurant Mainly because none actually "home make" anything. It's all SYSCO, Performance Food Group, US Foods, etc., delivered crap that comes from corporate GMO food growers and processed or pre-processed food manufacturers.

Figured I’d give St. Mary’s landing a shot this morning for breakfast.

Not bad, not exceptional, OK.

Service was quick and good, so it’s got that going for It.

Last time we stopped there it was so bad I never felt like trying again...and that was in pre-COVID times...

Not true.....You must be going to the wrong places. When I had my oyster farm a while back sold oysters to many a local restaurant that when I delivered to them there was a lot off prepping going on, no Sysco products....maybe crackers and Ketchup.
My two picks were Courtneys and Pier 450. I have been in both kitchens many times, again no Sysco for entrees.
I always was amazed at the Lighthouse in Solomons....10am the kitchen was a mad house prepping for lunch, Crabcakes, even homemade coleslaw, wrapping scallops with bacon, etc. Same with the Front Porch.I haven't been in the kitchen at Sweetbay or Il Piccolo Morso but I am sure its the same.
A good friend of mine and restauranteur has a sign in his restaurant, "Cheap food is not good and Good food is not cheap.
You need to step up your game......
