Where Are Parents On Friday When Kids Are At The Mall

Where should those kids hang out? on the street corner, so they can get shot? I would rather see them at the mall.

How do you know these kids arent shopping... I used to work in that mall Years ago.. They all shop. Food, Music crap from the dollar store. They have just as much a right to be there as you do.
