Well - I tried something that *worked* - for me.

I met my wife of now thirteen years and three kids - online.

And I chose to meet pretty much anyone who would reply, figuring my ignorance of women in general superseded anything else.
I figured if my entire life led me to failed relationships, perhaps the problem was ME and not all the women I chose to meet.

Can always go shopping at Giant, Foodlion or other similar store for good woman. Works quite well. Say, if you are a health conscious guy, by looking into her cart, and seeing what she is buying, you can start a conversation that way. Or, there are many cashiers that are single. Strike up a conversation there.
