JC Penny lets you bring in dogs. Saw 2 there yesterday.

I'm looking to get a portrait taken with my husband and our two dogs. Anyone you can recommend? I am not sure a department store would let us bring the dogs. Thanks.

if u call picture people in the st. charles towne center, early in the morning, they do pet pictures, my cousin took her german shephards there to get pics.

No animals allowed in Wal-Mart. Only exception is service animals.
