We made it to Adam's Rib and I wasn't too impressed. Everyone that had pulled pork sandwiches had toasted tops that were overcooked, and hard, and the portion of meat on the sandwiches was more like a child's portion. The waitress was nice and brought me another top to the bun, but said it was also run through the toaster, so I just passed on eating that part of the bun. My child ordered pasta, but needed more sauce. The waitress brought out extra sauce that was cold, not even luke warm, felt like it came from the fridge. After it was heated up, it was very good. The pulled pork was good, but not worth the 1/2 hour drive...not worth a return trip.
