I found a "Try me" price online for a small 8" pan ($40). I think I'd like to try it and see if 2A can ruin it first, before I sink that much moola into the other pieces I want.
Most non-stick is not for use with high heat and I like that you can use metal utensils on it and it's oven safe to 500* ...sounds like this stuff would outlive me if it's all that.
