I can't find it. I read about it, and heard talk of it on the radio, some time ago. There is so much US law concerning the giving of financial aid to foreign countries, it's unreal. But I'll keep searching ....

I think what you are looking for might be in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. But there was a caveat carved out by the Symington Amendment allowing the President to waive sanctions imposed (for a variety of reasons) unless directly overridden by Congressional legislation.

My hate for Islam was not born with me it comes from watching and reading and their actions. Of course I know what they call their Zorro costumes and their head covering slave rags and they are not cultural they are a religious law. In Iran before Jimmie Carter tossed out the Shah the women were wearing western clothing and going to college, but after the Shah the Ayotollah Assaholah forced them back into the rags and Zorro suits not for their culture ,but for their religion. IMO everyone should hate this cult who CULTURE is beheading and slavery.

I have my own opinions and cannot understand who can watch that poor woman dragged off into that vehicle to be taken to a gang rape until she died and do not feel the same way.; Who can watch that family cowering in fear after they were kidnapped and watched their other daughter murdered. Oh I highly approve of women. Women are great. But in Rome do as the Romans. If these women in Burka's and slave scarves want to dress in that garb , they should go back to where the slave garb is acceptable and normal and expected. When the Muslims bring their wives to America they should realize that their wives are expected to become American to speak their minds and wear what they like---like American women. The Muslim men who do not accept this should have stayed where they came from and if they treat their wives like animals and slaves they should be sent back to where they came from. Like I said, we saw what Muslim women wanted to wear when the Shah was in Iran and they were free. Acceptance of slavery is in part exactly that.Acceptance. America does not need people who come here to try to change us. A country divided cannot exist for long and we here in America by accepting people who do not come here to be American. To be part of America, to have their loyalty here.
