I'm gonna be honest, I think of past Presidents or historical figures, I see Mr. Bush as someone you could sit down and have a conversation with.

Let's be honest, most politicians hate people. As much as I don't like Bush, I honestly think he seems to be more 'human' than other politicians, kinda like Skerry he ran against.

...for one second. Yes, we get a belly full of the really, really narcissistic ones but, even in them, I think there is honest desire to make people's lives better. Cynicism or, as other people may call it, pragmatism, doesn't preclude good motives.

I don't want to sit and talk to dead people. :twitch:

Bill Clinton would be fun to have a beer with.

George Will - too dry. I'd rather read him than talk to him.

Hillary is this fakey stick-up-her-ass person and I doubt that would be fun.

Out of the Clintons, I'd REALLY like to sit down with Chelsea, get her drunk and talking. Wouldn't THAT be interesting?

Because they're dead. Even if you felt like digging them up, what are they going to say?

Rodney Dangerfield...

That's a fun conversation...
Dangerfield: "I get no respect"
Me: "YOU get no respect?! I get no respect!"
Dangerfield: "YOU get no respect?! I get no respect!"
Me: "Why didn't I choose Mrs. Robinson?"

Personally, the advent of this country and what our fore-fathers struggled with, intrigues me! To sit at a round table with the minds of the time would be a thrill!

Hell, I think he's a smart man wanting to meet Dangerfield.

Just look at all those women he had! And look at him!

If I could get the tricks of the trade from him.... and with my looks.... I'd clean up!

but, in the same vain, I'd want to meet Marlon Brando. The Godfather was quite the ladies man himself.

Then again.... Bill Clinton WAS on the list
