Why I have no desire to leave the United States

Why are you proud of your ignorance?

Not having traveled is nothing to brag about.

Learning about other cultures makes you a better person.

One who knows that article is nothing but lies.

No hospital in Mexico would refuse to see you without handing over $10k.

Thats not how things work and even if it was thats why people have credit cards

Did you literally just berate people for not learning about other cultures and then get the one fact you state COMPLETELY WRONG?! What a blowhard.

Public hospitals in Mexico are for people who have a membership with them or prove their legal residence in Mexico. If you show up to a government hospital without this type of proof, the hospital can deny you medical care.

In the case of private hospitals in Mexico, you can also be denied medical care if you don’t have a way to prove that you can pay upfront. And in most hospitals, credit cards are not a sufficient means of proving you have the money.

BS. Both times i've been to hospitals in Mexico i have had no problem receiving medical care.

You think a country that has 65 million visitors a year cant figure out how to help them medically?

We have private insurance here in the US do you think all visitors to the US are rejected when they go to the hospital and just left to die?

You're a gentleman and a scholar. Sorry, I meant retard and a liar. My information came from Mexico's board of tourism. How about the US Embassy in Mexico, would you accept that?

Here's the relevant bit.

Hospitals in Mexico usually require payment up-front for services and will place holds on credit cards when a patient is admitted.

They generally triage you, figure out the order of magnitude of cost, and if it's going to be expensive they will require you to provide proof of ability to pay. Young college kids partying in a resort town are almost certainly going to be brought to the closest hospital which will be a state of the art PRIVATE facility. Two of them suffering from extreme GI issues (which may require multiple days in the ICU) could certainly rack up $10k in charges, so asking them to pay that amount up front is not outside of expectations. And again, they don't always accept credit cards.

But you always move the goalpost or have some story about how your personal experience is more informative than the experts. So please, tell us about the many times you were hospitalized in Mexico and it only cost you 2 packs of Marlboros and a wooden nickel.

Something tells me the nature of your visits was more along the lines of a penicillin shot and and treatment for roadrash on the knees. Not something they are going to require proof of payment over.

So exactly like i said.

THAT IS WHAT CREDIT CARDS ARE FOR.

Your own response says they will place a hold on your credit card.

Problem solved.

You expect to go to the hospital and not pay for it?

Why do you allow yourself to be outraged over nonsense?

Cancun bar drugs college girls on vacation
They begin vomiting and seizing
Hospital won't even look at them until paid $10k cash upfront

Chuck Berry said it best: anything you want we got it right here in the USA.

Not sure what the attraction is to vacations in third world countries filled with violent drug cartels and no oversight, and PS you don't even speak the language for when there's a problem. There is nothing any country has that we don't have right here, AND we have clean grocery stores AND we have sanitation measures AND we have toilets that flush AND we have modern hospital facilities AND we don't see you as a target to rob and rape (except for Democrat cities - those, you might as well be in New Delhi or Juarez).

Seriously, why? Why would any American leave the US?
And the people who NEED to leave this country - the ones that swore that if Trump were elected the first time they were going to leave - won't.

I'm all for helping motivate them.

I've been to Piney Point a few times in my travels. It wasn't all that bad and I only got nervous when I started hearing the banjo music. Never again...
I lived in Piney Point. We decided to leave when there was talk of declaring war on the US, which was concerning.

Apparently, the plan was to declare war on the US, sabotage the post office, annex SGI, and then surrender so the US would infuse Piney Point with its own version of the post WWII Marshall Plan.

It was actually kind of clever for a bunch of toothless rednecks, but by then, we'd bought in the Ranch Estates, so we missed out.

South Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan...very much enjoyed working/living in the first three. Only been to Japan for technical conferences in big cities while staying at stupidly expensive hotels.
Yeah, that's my brother, who was a network engineer. I was talking about all the exotic places I've been to here in the US (like, Amarillo*). He, on the other hand, has a travel CV that sounds like yours. Not only has he spent time in just about every corner of the globe, he's actually stayed in those places long term - long term being several weeks or more. The South Pacific, the Caribbean, Europe, Scandinavia, Central Asia. I forget where all, but, yeah, even with my time in the Navy, his globe-trotting makes my experience like growing up in St Mary's. Strange, exotic places, like, Waldorf, Prince Fredrick, and so on, take a lot of planning.

*Amarillo is a Spanish word meaning "Armpit."

I was here in 1978 when parts of it was still under construction. Pretty nice place, unless you almost get snatched by a grown man in his underwear. I was able to fight him off and flee.

I didn't know you were a midget.

I have questions, however; such as, why was Gilligan running around in public in his underwear?

Not if Kamalaladingdong and her leftist puppet masters have anything to say about it.

Not all, but let's go to the tape and see what Mike Obama has to say about that. You do know that's a feature of Obamacare; is to "dump" patients, don't you?

and just left to die?
You're thinking of Canada, where they have Medical Assistance in Dying codified into law. And they use it regularly. Ah, socialized medicine; ain't it great?

Too bad they're so hell-bent on keeping violent, dangerous criminals not only alive, but on the streets, here in the good, old, US of A.

Definitely a step up!....I've seen quite a few people in Ranch Club with several teeth still in their head.
Yeah, but they keep running into the lake whenever the po-po come calling. Still, it does keep the population somewhat in check.
