I've never shown interested in video games before until the Wii came out and I like being active. I just don't like to sit and exericse the thumbs.

Wii Fit is missing stretching exercises. And my trainer talks too much - makes my heart rate go down.

Actually, Vrai is right!
I have way too much fun with the Wii Fit than I would ever had in the gym. I hated the gym. Too many people, sweat smells, fart smells, etc. No thanks....
Also, the best part is not having to wait to use the machine. I can use it whenever I want to!
