I'm a little disappointed in these intense reactions. I was waiting for more information on this to come out before solidifying my opinion. I couldn't figure out if she was in the garage without a bra AND shirt, or just the shirt. Both to me can be considered "Topless". I think the key factors are that they're in their own home, and she's not just some rando girlfriend...she's their stepmother, someone who's preferably and probably been around/in their lives for more than 5 minutes or 5 months, and she was doing a non-sexual task involving drywall I just don't see the reason to immediately jump to prosecution and sex-offender status. It absolutely sounds like a disgruntled ex-wife who could merely have had a simple conversation instead.

I don't even want to think of the reactions here if a stepmom chooses to nurse without a full cover in front of her stepchildren. Am I going to be considered a sex offender in a couple months when I'm faced with this situation? I wouldn't take down drywall topless, but I would consider nursing in front of them? But Now I'm terrified of that. I have zero interest in throwing anyone a concern if I'm in public nursing - discrete or not. I don't see the point in talking about it, regardless.
