Woman charged with raping man

Just because someone has a physical reaction doesn't mean he is willing. She may be hot but she may have a STD that there is no cure....HIV, Herpes, etc.

On the other hand you may want the woman physcially but mentally you decides not to because you feel it's wrong for some reason such as you have a significant other.

How about if a man is sleeping? Men do get erections while asleep.

It's no different than a woman getting turned on but she decides she doesn't want to go all the way for some reason. She may have physical reactions but doesn't mean yes.

It does not matter male or female...No means no.

:tap: So what you are saying is that a guy can get wood, even if the chick is ugly? That was Buddy's statement. I just don't see how that works. If he said no, then, well, it should shrink and/or not function. Then again, I haven't run across any unwillings, so what would I know, but there was this one person that I look back on and say to myself, I must have been fricken insane. Maybe that is what this guy did.

No problem, it is a short article.

Woman charged with raping man
A 23-year-old woman has changed her story after biological evidence on a man's underpants and penis demonstrated their physical contact. The woman no longer denies laying a finger on him but insists she has committed no crime.
The 23-year-old woman told Bergen municipal court that she didn't force sexual contact on the man while he was asleep, newspaper VG reports.

"He wasn't asleep, he was awake the whole time and he gave me a smile," the woman told the court.

The incident allegedly occurred in the apartment of the woman's current partner. He was present at the time but the woman said he did not see what happened.

Prosecutor Jarle Golten Smørdal said that he is only aware of one previous conviction of a woman for rape, and that case involved the accused and two men assaulting a 15-year-old girl.

Thanks Kiz..

This article/case smells like :bs:... You never think of sex scandals occurring in Norway - much less men complaining about it!

It says her "current partner" was present but didn't know about it. If it was rape wouldn't he have heard or saw some sort of struggle between his woman and this guy? Doesn't quite add up  :liar:

Have you ever been to Norway or any of the other Scndinavian countries?

I've spent a whole month in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.

Danes are pretty wild. Sex clubs, prostitutes, ads for both in the tourist papers, and a sex museum.

Swedes are prudes compared to the rest of Europe(contrary to what Americans believe)

The Norwegians....well....they didn't strike me either way. Also Bergen was one of the cities that I stayed at and it's known for it's historic value as one of the cities of the Hanseatic League. Didn't appear to be a party city.

Where in my post did I type "ugly"? Also I've seen pregnant ugly women....someone must thought they were good to go. Then again even ugly women get laid sometimes. Like by sailors who have been out to sea for a long time. Or a few beers or tequilas and anyone with a pulse is good for some men.

I'll say it. Yes, A guy CAN get wood even if the chick is ugly.

Would that it were so simple. That particular organ is a fierce and fickle organ. It can have a mind of its own at the most unfortunate times. Ask any high school student who has been called to the board while pushing up the bottom of the desk.

"Toxick, can you put your diagram on the board for us?"
"No, I don't think so. You teach biology - you figure it out."

It is quite possible to get an erection against your will.

As a man gets older and less apt for hormone rages, it's gets more and more difficult to inspire an unwanted and unwelcome woody, but still quite possible. And it's actually possible to induce ejaculation against the man's will. Difficult - but quite possible.

Well, if it's actually Norweigin news, then it's not :bs: . No more :bs: than sueing micky d's for too hot coffee and winning. Women do not hold the monopoly on rape.

Rapists don't rape for the sexual pleasure, they rape for the power and control it gives them over someone they fear and/or hate. Rape gives the rapist a feeling of complete and total control of their victim...

What is the definition of rape ?

Does a guy have to have an erection in order to be raped by a woman ? Does rape have to involve the penis being inserted into the vagina, mouth, anus ?

If so, for how many minutes? Does he have to ejaculate for the deed to be complete?

In the case of a woman doing something like this to a man, it's probably due to prior victimization. Exerting such control, allows her take internal psychological revenge on her previous aggressor.

I can imagine that reporting this crime will cause this gentleman much pain. he will be laughed at, misunderstood called horrible names etc. She raped him. The media is raping him. The justice system will rape him. Happens to women everyday. I have a strong feeling in this poor guys case, it will be ten fold.

And yes Kizzy, you can physically force and erection on a man...Just takes a finger.

Fascinating...

If I see a headline that says "Man rapes woman" I have an instant flash of anger and visions of the rapist hanging from a tree by a rope.

If it says " Woman rapes man" my reaction is "This oughta be good!"

So much for equality.

Is that just me?
