It doesn't say anything like that in the article. It said she persisted and a detective took interest and conducted the investigation. Your post generally reflect a dislike for authority. Sorry your mother, father, brother, uncle, aunt, sister, or whoever is locked up by the police, and you don't like them. Or maybe it is you can't do the job, so you would rather critisize those who can. Whatever the case, you should at least attempt to seem fair.
