I saw this episode of "Little Rascalls" a long time ago and Spanky and Alfalfa were trying to drive a car but couldn't reach the pedals. I think Buckwheat was the one who came up with the idea of trying blocks of wood to their feet. Might be an idea, Otay

Had a midget wrestler that lived in town when I was in NH.. he rode, and it was funny as hell.. He'd stop, and almost lay the bike down, propped on one leg.. get going again he'd jump up, get the bike straight, then take off..
