you know what's crazy? last year I got stuff from 3 guys...2 dozen roses from one guy.....a bear & a chocolate rose from another, and chocolate from Germany from another....and I just took it all for granted. eventually I decided to date the 2 dozen roses guy and that didn't end up so well.

Wow...I was just going to say that in 1st grade, I got sent home early on Valentines because I was sick and I was sad that I missed out on the party....then the same thing happened in 5th grade, and again in 11th grade.

I remember in 2nd grade I only got 5 valentines in my box that I had spent all night making out of dyed toilet paper and paper clips; and 3 of them were adressed to stinky girl

I remember when I was in kindergarten, there was a boy that no one liked in my class. My mom had gone to school with him mom, so she knew the kid. I didn't want to give him a valentine, but my mom made me and it turns out that that was the only card he got that year. Talk about feeling small...

One year I got a stomach bug the day before but had been fine all that day. My Mom said I couldn't go out because I was still sick but I kept trying to convince her I was fine. I ended up getting so upset that I ended up puking again and she was like see I told you. It sucked.

Yeah but I still felt like sh*t because the only reason he got one at all is because my mom is a nicer person than I am. Poor kid, he had/has a lot of problems. I wish I had understood that then, I would have been nicer to him.

2004...I lived with my ex-BF, who was unemployed at the time and HE took a trip to go to the Daytona 500.
Since I had a job (and paid most of his bills) I couldn't get time off and I got to sit at home and babysit his daughter for a week (not that I minded- she's a great kid.)
Then 2nd day he was gone- the furnace broke and we were freezin' our patookas' off (thanks appy!)
After all that, guess what I got for Valentine's Day... Jack $hit!!

But you were in kindergarten. No one acts right on her own in kindergarten. That's the time your mommy teaches you how to treat others and now you're a better person for it! I always say, "Ehesef is the sweetest person on the forums!" And now I know why!
