It is unbelievable behavior and actions of those in the neighborhood and their company to harass and cause property damages towards another.
Even after being asked multiple times to stop the harassing behavior, and to stop directly causing property damages to another.
Even after being informed of the County codes, rules, regulations, and guidelines of diverting road run-off towards someone’s property in causing damages.
It is sad to be forced into filing Peace Orders against those involved in the harassing behavior and destruction of another's property.
It is sad to continue to incur damages due to other‘s vindictive actions and wrongdoing.
A victim of crime shall be treated by agents with dignity, respect, and sensitivity during all phases of the justice process.
It is a shame that those involved continue the behavior without punishment.
Some people think that the truth can be hidden with a little cover-up and decoration. But as time goes by the truth will prevail.
You do not have the right to continue the harassing behavior and causing damages to another.
A person is guilty of harassment when he or she intentionally and repeatedly harasses another person.
A person is guilty of destruction of property when he or she deliberately and repeatedly causes damages to another.
Harassment is a Crime.
Stalking is a Crime.
Trespassing is a Crime.
Threats of violence is a Crime.
Malicious Destruction of Property is a Crime.
Inflicting Cruel and Unusual Pain Upon Another is a Crime.
what is right is right, and what is wrong is wrong.
Those that stand by and watch something happen, or knows something is wrong but yet does nothing, are just as guilty as the person or persons doing it.
What if the tables were turned and this was happening to you.
Bet you would want someone to stand up then!!
