Welcome to the Forums! have a nice day......
It's well known that posting on internet forums about pending court actions can negatively impact a plaintiff's case.
Facts are facts, yes. However statements as to intent and character are legally risky, and I see more than a few in OP's postings. Any smart lawyer would use this thread to influence a jury or judge. It's not about "crazy", it's about character.
Random account? When the OP clearly claims to be the aggrieved party? It would be straightforward to prove that the aggrieved neighbor was the account holder, especially since a confirmed email address is on file with the forum.
I have no interest in this thread or the OP's problems. I just hate seeing this kind of mess playing out in public especially when it's legally risky. Take it offline and don't get yourself in further trouble. Of course, there are plenty of people here who probably love watching the train wreck.

there are always two sides to story, so who put the ugly fence RIGHT on the paved rod, You? I'd be pizzed if i was having to look at that too! !!!! I'm sure the rain pictures were from same rain i had that flooded our parking lot. What's NORMAL rain runoff like...
Well, only reading one side of the story, I must say I'd be upset if someone did whatever they did to cause my property to be flooded when it rained. I think some more 'before' pictures would be beneficial. I also question the 29'...perhaps 29"?
I am impressed that so much of the county reads these forums and changed their vote to Waugh. Jones should sue!!!
How do you know that people changed their vote from reading this thread? Did you change who you were supporting and was voting for? If your supporting someone and know them than it would not matter what anyone else says, you might hear, read about, or see. This thread did not change my mind of who I was supporting and voted for regardless.

YIKES! Take a pill or something! I think Beta's sarcasm was pretty obvious.

There are alot of witnesses concerning this matter and the truth is coming out. Those who have been dishonest and or blind to the facts do not want the truth to be told.
The new fence is not on the dirt ROW, it is on said property. The old driveway to said property was millings, not paved, and has been removed from the undriven shoulder/easement.
All rainfall needs somewhere to run-off, but when you only have a little part of the original drainage ditch "that's not been covered yet", the run-off will fill that area quickly. Once that area is filled up the run-off will overflow onto the driven roadway and across to another's property. Thus causing damages to the road and another's property.
